Alignment workshops that survive the first Monday

Workshops generate energy; Mondays generate reality. We leave teams with a one-page decision log, a named owner per channel beat, and a scheduled fifteen-minute reconciliation already on calendars.

The decision log is blunt: what changed, what stayed, what we are testing next. Without it, slide photos become archaeology.

We also recommend pairing marketing and ops signatures on the same brief block—not sequential approvals that silently contradict each other.
