Refund & Cancellation
1. Scope
This policy covers paid training engagements booked directly with Code Flow. Site browsing remains free; any future payments will reference this policy.
2. Eligibility
Clients purchasing services for business purposes may request refunds subject to the timelines below. Consumer protections under Republic of Korea law apply where you qualify as a consumer.
3. 14-day cooling-off
Where applicable law grants a fourteen-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase unless services have been fully delivered with your express prior consent.
4. Partial performance
If training sessions partially occurred before a valid cancellation, fees may be retained proportional to services rendered, including preparation time explicitly permitted by law.
5. Non-refundable items
Custom research, third-party venue deposits, or shipped physical kits may be non-refundable once ordered; such items will be listed in your statement of work.
6. Process
Email hello@code-flow.one with booking reference, reason, and preferred resolution. We respond within five business days with confirmation and next steps.
7. Method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible within fourteen to thirty business days depending on banking partners.
8. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or rescheduled dates without penalty.
9. Exceptions
Fraudulent chargebacks, violations of conduct policies, or breaches of confidentiality agreements may void refund rights.
