Mall kiosks fight glare, motion, and neighbor clutter. We start with distance photos taken from the shopper path, not the brand photographer’s perfect angle.

Typography rules shift: fewer words, higher contrast, and explicit guidance when LEDs spill cool light onto warm print. We also coach teams to rehearse staff explanations—kiosks sell conversation as much as posters.

Measurement stays modest: dwell proxy counts, redemption timing, and qualitative notes from hosts. The goal is directional learning, not theatrical precision.
