Measurement worksheets channel managers tolerate

Channel managers ignore measurement templates that read like dissertations. We favor five fields: hypothesis, message change, operational signal, time window, and owner.

Operational signals should be boring: restock frequency, call volume to support, queue length photos, not vanity impressions.

Humility matters—if telemetry is patchy, the worksheet says so. Directional truth beats polished fiction.
